Connectors for resistance thermometers

Avoid contact resistance with connectors for resistance thermometers

Resistance thermometer connectors transmit the resistance signal from the resistance thermometer. A wide variety of industrial connectors are available for different applications. Based on the experience we’ve gained to date, at RÖSSEL-Messtechnik we mainly rely on connectors with solid contacts made from brass rings with a gold plating, for example. This minimizes the oxidation of the plug contacts, allowing thousands of mating cycles to be performed without damaging the contact surface. Our connectors are made from self-locking solid contacts with reverse polarity protection. Connectors for resistance thermometers are designed with various insulation materials that can be used in temperatures ranging from -60°C to +700°C. We also manufacture connectors with ceramic insulation materials that can be used in vacuum environments. In addition, we offer special impact-resistant industrial connectors with an increased IP protection rating for use underwater.

  • Contact gold plating for oxidation and abrasion protection
  • 1,000+ mating cycles
  • Solid contacts
